A standard workday for location sound,
or "Full Day" (10hrs) is defined as from the time the client is met
(the "call time"), until the last location is completely wrapped and/or
content is handed over to the client.
*Overtime hours will be billed at 1.5
times the hourly rate in accordance with the agreed day rate. Overtime rate
will be billed in 1/2hr increments. Double time rates shall apply past 12 hours.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement on less than 48 hours notice,
client shall be liable for 100% of the total rate for all days Hard Booked.
Accordingly, if less than 24 hours notice is given, client shall be liable for 100% of the total charges of all days. Late charges of 8% shall apply to all past due accounts over 30 days from receipt of invoice.
Returned checks shall be subject to a $35 fee in addition to any applicable late charges.
Mileage*** to call time location and back will be billed at the rate of .58 cents a mile unless otherwise specified.
expendables will be billed to client separately.

All first time clients will be required to submit payment in full by company check at the end of the shoot or wrap of each day* Unless otherwise specified. Overtime hours will be billed separately. **First day (day rate) deposits apply to new out of country clients and/or new out of state clients.
Pre-production location scouting will be billed at a $400.00 day rate + ***Mileage
+ **Expendables.
